Event Details
Turkey Trot Fun Run
Choose to run, walk, or trot and join in on our Turkey Trot Fun Run! Throughout the day there will be a family, junior, and intermediate division. The top 3 trotters in the junior and intermediate division will take home a prize and the first participant to cross the finish line in the family race gets to take home a turkey! All participants will get to take home their own Turkey Trot medal and a celebratory BBQ lunch will be served after the race. All participants must pre-register online through e-Services and are asked to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the North East Avalon Food Bank.
When: October 4 from 11am-12:30pm
Where: Upper Three Corner Pond Park
Ages: Family Run (1.5km) ages 5+, Junior Division Run (2.0km) ages 10-13, Intermediate Run (2.5km) ages 14-16
Fees: Non-perishable food item (Registration through e-Services is required)
