2025 Town of Torbay Camp T Day Camp Program will run weekdays from 8:00am-5:00pm, for eight weeks, from June 30-August 22, 2025 at Torbay Common Community Centre.

Camp Weeks:

Week 1 – June 30-July 4 (4-Day week due to Canada Day Holiday)  

Week 2 – July 7-11 

Week 3 – July 14-18 

Week 4 – July 21-25 

Week 5 – July 28-August 1

Week 6 – August 4-8

Week 7 – August 11-15 

Week 8 – August 18-22

Cost:

Weeks 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 = $195.00

Week 1 = $156.00 (4-day week)

Registration:

In preparation for the opening of registration for the Town of
Torbay Camp T Day Camp Program, we encourage all those interested in
registering to ensure their e-Services account is set-up as a resident and that
all children interested in attending camp are set-up as Sub Accounts under the
parent/guardian e-Services account. For instructions visit our e-Services
webpage.

Registration will take place on Wednesday, May 7 at 10:00am for Torbay
residents only through e-Services.
Registration is open to the general public on Wednesday, May 14 at 10:00am.

All payments are required at the time of registration through
online Debit Payment or VISA/MASTERCARD payment.

Please note, you are not permitted to register any child for which
you are not a parent or guardian.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to participate in Camp T Summer Day Camp program, children must have
completed kindergarten and be no older than 12 years of age.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for Day Camp programs may be permitted for reasons other than medical based on
the below guidelines:
- Requests for refunds must be submitted 14 days prior to the first day of the
Day Camp program.
- Refunds that are not a result of medical reasons will only be approved if
there is a participant on the waitlist to fill the spot that would be refunded.
- All refunds for Day Camps will be subject to a 20% administration fee.

Please note:

Camp registrations are non-transferable and can not be sold or swapped.
Any changes to registration details, etc. must be communicated through the Town
of Torbay Recreation & Community Services Department via email -
