2024 Town of Torbay Sports Camp
will run Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 8:00am-5:00pm, for seven weeks,
from July 3rd-August 23rd, 2024 (No Camp during week of July 29th-August
2nd)  at the Upper Three Corner Multipurpose Building.

Camp Weeks:

Week 1 – July 3rd-5th (2-Day week due to Canada Day Holiday)  

Week 2 – July 8th-12th 

Week 3 – July 15th-19th 

Week 4 – July 22nd-26th 

Week 5 – NO CAMP - Killick Coast Regional Games 

Week 6 – August 5th-9th 

Week 7 – August 12th-16th 

Week 8 – August 19th-23rd 

Cost:

Weeks 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 = $90.00 (3-day weeks - Monday, Wednesday
& Friday)

Week 1 = $60.00 (2-day week - Wednesday & Friday)

Registration:

In preparation for the opening of registration for the Town of
Torbay Sports Camp, we encourage all those interested in registering to ensure
their e-Services account is set-up as a resident and that all children
interested in attending camp are set-up as Sub Accounts under the
parent/guardian e-Services account. For instructions visit our eServices
webpage.

Registration will take place on Tuesday, May 14th for Torbay
residents only, with registration opening at 10:00am through eServices.
Registration is open to the general public on Tuesday May 21st at 10:00am.

All payments are required at the time of registration through
online Debit Payment or VISA/MASTERCARD payment.

Please note, you are not permitted to register any child for which
you are not a parent or guardian.

Eligibility:

To
be eligible to participate in Sports Camp programs, children must be born
in or within the years of 2009-2013.

Refund Policy:

Refunds
for Day Camp programs may be permitted for reasons other than medical based on
the below guidelines:
- Requests for refunds must be submitted 14 days prior to the first day of the
Day Camp program.
- Refunds that are not a result of medical reasons will only be approved if
there is a participant on the waitlist to fill the spot that would be refunded.
- All refunds for Day Camps will be subject to a 20% administration fee.

Please
note: Camp registrations are non-transferable and can not be sold or swapped.
